Outcome
Relaunch the community calls as a regular Seeds of Renaissance global connection call, with a workable schedule and a first session delivered. Petronella Tyson leads and owns this first iteration.
Current direction
The calls will start on a Thursday in October 2026; 15 October is the likely first date, pending confirmation. Start with a recurring US–Europe slot at 19:30 UK / 20:30 Central Europe. Later add an Asia-Pacific slot at 10:00 UK / 11:00 Central Europe. Set calendar events in a named time zone so daylight saving changes are handled automatically. On 15 October the later slot corresponds to 17:00 Singapore, 18:00 Tokyo and 20:00 Sydney. Frequency remains to be confirmed.
The immediate milestone is an agreed first-iteration schedule and launch plan. The Google Doc launch outline is the working source; its contents have not yet been reconciled with this stub.
Preparation notes
Petronella tracks the detailed work elsewhere. For this first pass:
- Arrange to record the call.
- Make a proportionate marketing plan. Asdra gives Petronella the existing marketing strategy template link; the first outreach can simply tell people on WhatsApp and share the Luma event link once Rufus updates it.
- Finalise the content, including any context-setting words to read at the start and possible excerpts from the Seeds of Renaissance Manifesto. Consider publishing the manifesto.
- Find and review the additional materials produced with Sylvie last week.
- Do a dry run with Petronella.

- What time works for the initial audience? ✅ Answer. Use 19:30 UK / 20:30 Central Europe for the US–Europe slot; add 10:00 UK / 11:00 Central Europe for Asia-Pacific later.
- What frequency should the calls have?
- Is Thursday 15 October the first call, and what must be ready to announce and run it?
- Who is the initial audience, and how will we invite them?
- Which proposals in the linked launch outline are agreed for this iteration?
- When should a separate Asia Pacific version be considered, and who would own it?
Relationships
This is the first bounded relaunch project within the historical 2R Community Calls initiative. It may support the wider Seeds of Renaissance launch, but its first call is not currently an agreed gate for that launch.
