Weekly reviews

Working files for the weekly portfolio review, one pair per week, dated the Monday: YYYY-MM-DD.json holds the review state (projects, gaps, shortlist, drill-down, harvest, feedback) and YYYY-MM-DD.md is the page rendered from it. Scripts and the AI own these files; edit the JSON, never the .md. The agreed plan people read goes in weeks/.

Each review's final shortlist is also the priority log: the next review reads it for each project's last logged priority and what was iced.
