The weekly review

An AI looks at all our projects, suggests this week's few, and writes the week plan when you agree.

We plan the week at the project level: every task is too many to choose from, the mission too vague for Monday. (More on the tree, draft.)

To run it, open Claude in the planning folder and paste:

Use the planning skill and run the weekly review for the week of <Monday, e.g. 2026-11-02>.

It stops twice for you:

  1. Shortlist. Tell it what to change, in plain words: "Put the course first. Drop the newsletter this week."
  2. Key tasks. Confirm or fix: "The course is Asdra's, with me supporting."

Then it shows the changes and the plan. Say "Apply all" to save them. To pick up later: "Continue the weekly review for the week of ."

Example: the review and the plan for 26 October.

Good to know

  • Nothing changes in records or tasks until you say "apply".
  • Media House tasks are in Asana, which it doesn't read: it says "ask Media House", and we ask Uriel.
  • Priorities set here are for this week only.
