Status: draft; top-level objectives from the Uriel/Rufus/Sylvie plan, remaining areas from the first sweep (see pilot report); not yet agreed.

Top-level objectives (Friday 9 Oct)

From the Uriel / Rufus / Sylvie plan. Goal by Friday: complete the brand design, update social media, integrate the CRM, and have a V1 design mock-up of the website completed and signed off.

Steps in order of dependency:

1. Master task list with owners and links to the tracker, at top and end of each week (side bar: Rufus and Uriel).
2. Brand design V1 in life-itself/design (Sylvie, Rufus).
3. Social media profiles and templates updated from the design repo; list of branded items per outlet (Uriel). YouTube design follows (Sylvie).
4. Website V1: site map / navigation agreed, sign-off Sylvie + Rufus (Uriel); then media, about and courses content with V1 visual (Uriel); V1 landing page (Rufus, Sylvie, consulting Uriel). More page copy is nice-to-have, not priority (Uriel).
5. CRM: training on Thursday 8 Oct (Rufus).
