Change since last week

Reordered: the new SoR website goes live first, target Thu 16 Oct, ahead of the launch (1 Nov still the latest). Website build tasks move to the sor-website repo's own Beads; lip-mp5 becomes a pointer. New pages are built directly in sor-website; the design repo keeps the design system. SoR experiences (design-323) are paused (deferred in Beads).

Focus

SoR website live (rufus): new site at seedsofrenaissance.org by 16 Oct, launch-scope pages migrated — lip-mp5 (moving to sor-website Beads), home page design-70q (Sylvie leads content), IA and naming design-3mb, launch blockers in sor-website/docs/launch-todo.md (TODOs, old-domain links, contact emails), dependency check then cut-over lip-mp5.6, lip-mp5.5.
Design system to minimal standard (rufus, sylvie): the team can make on-brand material for every launch channel without asking. Finish line is the ds:v1 label in the design repo (bd list --label ds:v1). This week: review pass design-34t.13 (red, voice, media house line, member noun), font licences design-34t.2 (needed before fonts go public on 16 Oct), close slides design-34t.12, then Sylvie's notes design-34t.14.
Launch comms kit (uriel, to confirm): social set design-34t.15, Instagram design-lpe.8, Canva design-34t.19 (after licences); newsletter signup on the site lip-33m if it ships with the site (then email template design-34t.18).
Global Connection Call (petronella): first call 22 or 29 Oct, to fix this week — calls-hwt, lip-db4.
Ops backlog and inbox reviews (asdra, fae): carried from last week — lip-duo, lip-06j, lip-87i.
