TL;DR: The Projects by initiative view only shows projects that have a record. Active repositories and open Beads epics suggest about ten more real projects. Each row below has a recommendation; reply with the row numbers you accept and they become records (or sub-projects). Asana is out of scope for now (Rufus, 22 Oct 2026).
How these were found: life-itself repositories pushed since 1 August, open Beads epics in local checkouts, and "Pointer:" epics in planning, matched against the 18 existing project records.

calls-hwtin sor-community still says "ready to run (15 Oct)"; the first call is now 29 Oct. - Phases on 2601 and 2604 are inbox while their status is in-progress; recommend shipping (or shaping for 2601).
