Purpose

Residential conscious communities and hubs within the broader Life Itself ecosystem.

Hubs (2026-09-25 consolidation)

Kept as one initiative rather than one file per hub, per Rufus: "I think we could just have hubs as one initiative… just list those three as three distinct places."

• Farmhouse Hub — active (formerly initiatives/farmhouse-hub.md). Its previous owner, Armelle, is no longer with the org; owner unconfirmed. Related repos: github.com/life-itself/farmhouse-renovation-2021-2023 and github.com/life-itself/farmhouse-hamlet-permis (Petit Bois Martin hamlet planning).
• Felix Hub — idea-stage (formerly initiatives/felix-hub.md).
• Riverside Hub — paused (formerly initiatives/riverside-hub.md).

Rufus confirmed Ops France as the shared Hubs repository on 2026-09-25, with work tracked in its GitHub Issues. The farmhouse-specific repositories above remain useful supporting context.
