Roadmap page with project priorities

Projects now carry a priority from one to four stars (blank means not yet reviewed) and a definition of done, and a new roadmap page shows every initiative and project for October to December with its priority, progress, source and key dates. It was first used at the 8 October team meeting, with the ratings still in draft.
