One page lists every initiative's projects, their phase and who owns them

A new Projects by initiative page answers "which projects should I work on this week?" before anyone looks at individual tasks. An AI sweep pulls each initiative's repository, reads its project records and builds one table, initiative → project, with phase (inbox, shaping, shipping, sharing), status and owner (taken from the initiative when the project names none), plus open projects by person and the gaps: initiatives with no repository or no project records yet.
