Content pipeline gets a full LTP and a plan to act on
The content production and marketing pipeline now has a complete Logical Thinking Process analysis, built tree by tree with Rufus and Uriel in one session: a goal tree, a current reality tree, seven evaporating clouds, and future reality, prerequisite and transition trees. See the report and the diagrams.
Goal: Life Itself reliably turns new and existing material into published, well-promoted content, at a quality and pace we can sustain, and keeps improving its production factory as it learns. It needs eight things:
- We generate ideas and choose which ones get produced.
- Each piece gets a timely decision on what it becomes and how it is released, captured in a brief.
- Production and post-production run with predictable, sustainable effort.
- Outputs meet a quality standard fit for each output and destination, checked at clear QC points.
- Each piece has the marketing materials its track requires.
- Ready pieces get released, announced and, when they do well, promoted further.
- The pipeline is written down, followed, partly automated and visible, with an owner for each step and piece.
- We track how pieces perform and learn from it.
The rest of the analysis:
- The diagnosis: pieces stall because nobody decides what a piece becomes, or captures the host's context, before post-production. Missing SOPs and the lack of a clear point at which a piece counts as ready come next.
- The first fix is a short brief written from an intake interview, plus one approval pack per piece. These also take hosts out of post-production.
- The plan is now a tree of beads owned by Uriel, in four groups: brief and approvals, SOPs (light-touch YouTube first, newsletter by 3 November), backlog and visibility, and AI experiments. It replaces the earlier serial pilot plan.
