An AI-run weekly review takes us from every project to a week plan
The planning skill has a new review mode for weekly planning. An AI sweeps every project record across our repositories and flags the gaps: repos with work but no record, epics with no project, records missing an owner or done-when. It then suggests a shortlist for the week, with reasons and questions. Rufus reprioritises by talking to it, it drills into the shortlisted projects' key tasks, and it ends with a harvest: what changes permanently in records and Beads, and what goes into the week plan. Each review is kept as a file the AI works from, plus a readable page. The first one is the week of 26 October; to run one, see the weekly review guide. Eight missing projects also got records, so the portfolio now shows 31 projects rather than 18.
