Week notes now list the week's projects in one table

Each week note now starts with the week's goals as bold bullets, then a "Projects this week" table with the same columns as the team's Google Doc: priority, work, project, team, outcome this week, needs planning and marketing. See the week of 26 October. The weekly review is now called weekly planning, since what it produces is the week note; its guide is Weekly planning.
